RFE/NOID Guarantee

4.png

At Ready Waiver, we stand behind the quality and thoroughness of our work.

If a Request for Evidence (RFE) or Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) is issued on a case that we prepared, we will assist with preparing the response.

In most cases, this will be handled within the scope of our original preparation. However, a reduced, flat fee will apply if additional work is required due to circumstances outside the original case preparation.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Requests for evidence or issues that are atypical or not commonly seen in standard USCIS adjudications

  • Situations where the client did not provide requested documentation during the initial preparation process

  • The need to address new or previously undisclosed information that was not available at the time of filing

Optional RFE/NOID Protection Plan

For added peace of mind, we offer an optional RFE/NOID Protection Plan for an additional $300 per case.

When selected at the time of engagement, this plan provides expanded support and reduced financial exposure in the event an RFE or NOID is issued. This may include significantly reduced or waived preparation fees for the response, depending on the scope of the request.

Guarantee Conditions

This guarantee applies under the following conditions:

  • The original filing was fully prepared by our team

  • The client substantially complied with document requests during the preparation process

  • The RFE/NOID is based on standard evidentiary or discretionary concerns within the scope of the original filing

Please note:

  • Government filing fees and any third-party costs (translations, medical evaluations, etc.) are not included

  • Attorney review and legal strategy remain the responsibility of the retaining attorney

Our goal is to ensure that every case we prepare is as complete and compelling as possible from the outset—while also providing continued, cost-conscious support should additional evidence be requested.
