How it Works
Step 1: Verify Eligibility and Process Payment
Once eligibility is determined, 50% payment is due up front. The remaining 50% payment is due prior to final delivery.
Step 2: Meet My Immigration Hub

My Immigration Hub is a customized app that allows you to view live case updates, directly chat with or call your dedicated support representative, and see a list of the documents we still need from you to finish the case. It's a one stop shop to successfully prepare your case. Keep an eye out for the invitation to My Immigration Hub and get ready to go!
Step 3: Questionnaire
I-601A/601 waivers emphasize key areas of interest to earn approvals. In order to understand how these areas apply to you, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire. Please be thorough and provide as much detail here as possible. The information provided will be key in preparing the strongest case possible for you.
Step 4: Mental Health Evaluation
Many waiver cases will benefit from including a mental health evaluation from a licensed mental health provider. It often takes several weeks for providers to ready your paperwork after the meeting, therefore it is important to schedule this right away. By doing so, you can collect the other needed paperwork while the provider finalizes your evaluation and avoid excessive wait times. We can provide a list of tried and true providers to contact. Prices vary and are paid directly to the provider (typically between $500-1200).
Step 4: Document Collection
Based on the information provided in your questionnaire, a customized wishlist of needed items will be provided to you and the sooner you can provide what is needed, the sooner we can finalize your case. Your dedicated representative will be available to answer any questions and offer reminders all along the way. He/she will also review any documents you provide and offer feedback.
Step 5: Final Preparations
Once document collection is complete, we will begin drafting necessary forms, organizing documents into exhibits, and writing a personalized declaration on your behalf. This declaration will thoroughly argue any relevant hardship pertaining to your case. It is typically 7-8 pages, single space.
Step 6: Final Case Review
Once final preparations are complete, you will be able to review the written declaration and offer any feedback. Optional attorney review will also be completed in this step.
Step 7: Delivery
After final review is complete, the final packet will be shipped to you with instructions for review, signature, and filing. We will continue to be available and answer any questions during this step.
