I-212 – Permission to Reapply for Admission

If you’re concerned about returning to the United States after a prior removal or deportation, the I-212 Waiver may help. This waiver allows certain individuals to request permission to reapply for admission before attempting to come back.

We begin with a short questionnaire to better understand your situation. These questions help us evaluate eligibility, review your immigration history, and guide you through the I-212 process the right way—so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
