I-601A – Provisional Waiver of Unlawful Presence

If you’re worried about leaving the U.S. for your immigration interview, the I-601A Provisional Waiver may help. This waiver is meant to minimize family separation by allowing certain applicants to request forgiveness for unlawful presence before traveling abroad.

We start with a questionnaire to better understand your situation. These questions help us evaluate eligibility, confirm qualifying relatives, and guide you through the I-601A process the right way—so you can move forward with clarity and peace of mind.
